Dr. Pomeroy is a practicing orthopedic surgeon located in Portland, Maine. After completing his orthopedic surgical residency at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1994, he underwent fellowship training at Wayne State University under the direction of Dr. Arthur Manoli. Dr. Pomeroy is also an associate clinical professor of surgery on the staff of the University of New England and directs his own foot and ankle fellowship program, one of only seventy in the United States.
